Having previously finished part of the basement, in 1997-1998 we built this sunroom [left] and kitchen extension to the rear of the home.  Another project involved finishing the remainder of the basement and adding a bathroom.

Then in 2003-2004 we added a master suite above the garage, relocated the previous master bathroom, relocated the laundry room to the 2nd floor, replaced the remaining older windows and added crown molding and other trim to other rooms. See below and below left..
