1) Do you build new homes?
We have and will but since we have carved a niche doing room additions people tend to think that’s all we do. As a result we end up getting many more calls for additions.

2) Can we live in the home while it’s being remodeled?
Most of the additions were with the owners living in the home the entire time.

3) Will our home be secure with exterior walls/windows/etc. being removed?
We won’t open up the existing home to the addition until the addition is secured with windows and doors. Depending on the weather we can also wait until it is insulated.

4) Where do you work?
Most of our jobs have been in Naperville, but we also work in surrounding towns.

6) What is the first step I should take to get my project started?
On any large project you will need an architect to design and draw the project. We can recommend architects we've worked with that can meet your needs.
