1) Do you build new homes?
We have and will but since we have carved a niche doing room additions people tend to think that’s all we do. As a result we end up getting many more calls for additions.

2) Can we live in the home while it’s being remodeled?
This depends on the scope of the project. Most of our additions were with the owners living in the home the entire time.

3) Will our home be secure with exterior walls/windows/etc. being removed?
We won’t open up the existing home to the addition until the addition is secured with windows and doors. Depending on the weather we can also wait until it is insulated.

4) What kind of warranty do you provide for your work?
After a standard labor and materials warranty we offer a maintenance program that will keep your home in top shape. Each program is tailored to the home based on its needs and your preferences.
