Patrick "Packey" A’Hearn began working in the residential home remodeling field in 1976. After working as a sub-contractor for 6 ½ years he ventured out on his own in 1983, starting as a sole-proprietor with the name Acorn Remodeling.

In 1999, the business was incorporated and the name was changed to Acorn Custom Builders, Inc. The name changed, but the company and the quality of the work have stayed the same. Top quality work has always been and still is of utmost importance to Packey. Finding and forming quality craftsmen to work with is one of the keys to the success of Acorn Custom Builders, Inc.
